Barefoot Bowls

Since the release of the iconic movie “Crackerjack” in 2002, the sport of lawn bowls has transformed into an incredibly popular pastime for people of all ages.

Armadale Bowls Club offers wonderful facilities including two superb bowling greens, a modern, fully air conditioned clubroom and barbecue facilities complete with undercover tables and chairs.
We also provide the staff you need to cater for your every need.

Things to Know

  • We practise responsible service of alcohol
  • We are fully licensed (no BYO) with a great range of popular beverages at club prices
  • You can play in bare feet, thongs , or flat soled tennis shoes (No Heels).
  • We can accommodate groups between 6 and 200.
  • The maximum number of players is 10 on each rink.
  • Make sure to dress appropriately, wear sunscreen, bring a hat and stay hydrated.
  • When you arrive, we will instruct you on the basics of the game.
  • Our job is to make sure that you enjoy your stay safely - we want you back.

Bookings are available Monday to Sunday 12 noon until 10pm excluding Saturdays. (There may be other limitations during the Bowling season)
Saturdays are available from 6.00pm until 11pm.

Costs
Barefoot bowling at Armadale Bowls Club is fun and affordable. Unlike many other clubs, we don’t impose a two hour time limit. Stay and play as long as you want. There is no premium charge for peak times.

The Current Rates Are:
Casual bowlers – $20 per person for 2 or more hours.
We are also delighted to offer every Barefoot Bowls group, a free sausage sizzle with every booking.

Bar tabs can be run with approval from the management.
Please pay for your bowling on arrival, then sit back, relax and enjoy.
